The OM6056SB-OM6061SB is a high current, high voltage MOSFET with a rated voltage range of 100V to 1000V and a rated current of 190A. This series of products uses advanced MOSFET technology combined with a package specifically designed for high efficiency, high current applications, and is ideal for high reliability applications where small size, high performance and high reliability are required, as well as applications such as switching power supplies, motor controls, inverters, choppers, audio amplifiers and high energy pulse circuits. This series also features avalanche high energy capability at elevated temperatures.
