L4931 series is a very low dropout regulator with extremely low dropout voltage (0.4V) and extremely low quiescent current (typical 50µA), particularly suitable for low noise, low power applications, especially in battery powered systems.
The L4931 series are very low‑dropout (0.4 V) linear regulators offered in TO‑220, SO‑8, DPAK, PPAK and TO‑92 packages. They provide a wide range of fixed output voltages and feature a logic‑controlled shutdown function that reduces quiescent current to as low as 50 µA in OFF mode.
The document includes ordering codes, absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics for each voltage version, thermal and mechanical data, and recommended external components (only 2.2 µF for stability). It also contains connection diagrams and tape‑and‑reel mechanical dimensions.
