The M29F010B 1 Mbit (128Kb x8, Uniform Block) Single Supply Flash Memory is a single-supply flash memory chip with 8 uniform 16 Kbytes memory blocks. It supports byte program, multi-block/chip erase and status register polling and toggle bits. It also supports erase suspend and resume modes, unlock bypass program command, low power consumption and 20 years data retention.
