This document describes the features and characteristics of the S29GLxxxM MirrorBit TM Flash Family series products, including single power supply operation, 0.23um MirrorBit process technology, SecSi™ secured sector region, and flexible sector architecture.
The S29GLxxxM family comprises 32 Mbit, 64 Mbit, 128 Mbit and 256 Mbit single‑power flash devices built on Spansion's 0.23 µm MirrorBit process. They operate from a 3.0 V supply and offer flexible sector architectures, high‑speed access (90‑100 ns) and low standby power.
The datasheet provides product selector guides, block diagrams, pin‑out and connection diagrams, detailed command sets, timing specifications, electrical characteristics, package options, and protection features such as SecSi (Secured Silicon) sectors and write‑protect pins.
