Panjit TSP058SB/TSP320SB Data Sheet

TSP058SB-TSP320SB are surface mount bi-directional thyristor surge protector devices that protect sensitive circuits by limiting voltages and shunting surge currents. They are designed for telecommunications applications such as line cards, modems, PBX, FAX, LAN,VHDSL and meet standards such as GR1089, ITU K.20, IEC950, UL1459&50, FCC part 68. They feature low capacitance, high surge (A, B, C rating available), precise voltage limiting, and long life.

About this manual

The TSP058SB‑TSP320SB series are surface‑mount bi‑directional thyristor surge protectors designed for telecommunications equipment such as line cards, modems, PBX, fax, LAN and VDSL. They limit voltage spikes and shunt surge currents to protect sensitive circuitry and meet standards like GR1089, ITU‑K.20 and UL‑1459.

The data sheet provides key electrical ratings (breakover voltage, peak off‑state current, surge current), thermal limits, capacitance values, mechanical dimensions, marking codes, and ordering information. Devices are supplied in JEDEC DO‑214AA molded‑plastic cases on 12 mm tape, with a minimum order of 3,000 pieces.
