About this manual

The SST39VF160x/320x/640x family provides 1M‑x16, 2M‑x16 and 4M‑x16 Multi‑Purpose Flash Plus memories with low power consumption, high reliability and JEDEC‑standard pinouts. Features include single‑voltage operation (2.7‑3.6 V), 100 k cycle endurance, and data retention of over 100 years.

The devices support sector, block and chip erase, auto‑low‑power mode, hardware and software data protection, and include a CFI query interface. Detailed command sequences for read, program, erase‑suspend/resume and status detection are provided, along with pin‑out diagrams for TSOP and TFBGA packages.
