EMD2 / UMD2N / IMD2A is a dual digital transistor produced by ROHM. It uses EMT or UMT or SMT package and has high anti-interference ability. Its mounting cost and area can be cut in half.
This datasheet describes the general purpose dual digital transistors EMD2, UMD2N and IMD2A, including their features, dimensions, structure, equivalent circuit and absolute maximum ratings. It also lists electrical characteristics such as voltage limits, current ratings, gain and transition frequency, as well as packaging specifications and ordering information.
The document includes absolute maximum ratings (e.g., VCC 50 V, VIN 40 V, IC max 30 mA) and power dissipation limits (120 mW per element for EMD2/UMD2N, 200 mW for IMD2A). Application notes and legal notices are provided in the final pages. This manual is written in Chinese.
