EMH1 / UMH1N / IMH1A is a dual transistor produced by ROHM company, built-in bias resistors, with a maximum voltage of 50V and a maximum current of 100mA, can be used in switch circuits, interface circuits, driver circuits.
The EMH1, UMH1N, and IMH1A are NPN 100 mA 50 V complex digital transistors that incorporate built‑in bias resistors (Ry = Re = 22 kΩ). Two DTC124E chips are packaged together, allowing inverter, interface, or driver circuits to be built without external bias resistors. The devices are lead‑free and RoHS compliant, and are supplied in SOT‑353 (SC‑88) or SOT‑457 (SC‑74) packages.
Key electrical characteristics include a 50 V supply rating, -10 V to +40 V input range, 30 mA typical output current, 100 mA maximum collector current, and up to 250 MHz transition frequency. Detailed dimensions, pin layouts, and packaging specifications are provided for each variant.
