This document describes MT48LC64M4A2, MT48LC32M8A2, MT48LC16M16A2 three DRAM products. The three products are 256Mb synchronous DRAMs that support PC100 and PC133 standards.
The MT48LC16M16A2BG-75 is a 256‑Megabit synchronous DRAM offered in x4, x8 and x16 data‑bus widths. It features a fully synchronous interface, internal pipelined operation, programmable burst lengths, and auto‑precharge and refresh modes. The device operates from a single +3.3 V supply and is LVTTL‑compatible.
The datasheet includes functional block diagrams, pin/ball assignments for several package types (54‑Pin TSOP II, 60‑ball FBGA, 54‑ball VFBGA), timing parameters, electrical specifications, and package dimensions. Temperature ranges are specified for commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (40 °C to +85 °C) environments.
