The TELUX™ series is a clear, non diffused LED for high end applications where supreme luminous flux is required. It is designed in an industry standard 7.62 mm square package utilizing highly developed InGaN technology. The supreme heat dissipation of TELUX™ allows applications at high ambient temperatures.
The TLWW9600 is part of Vishay's TELUX™ series of clear, non‑diffused LEDs designed for high‑end applications that require supreme luminous flux and heat dissipation. It uses a 7.62 mm square InGaN package and is binned for consistent color and flux.
The datasheet lists key electrical ratings such as a reverse voltage of 10 µA, forward voltage of 4.3‑5.2 V at 50 mA, and a power dissipation of 255 mW. Thermal resistance values (RthJP = 90 K/W, RthJA = 200 K/W) enable operation up to a junction temperature of 100 °C and an ambient range of –40 °C to +100 °C. Optical specs include a luminous flux of 1500‑2200 mlm and a color temperature of 5500 K.
