About this manual

The LS S269‑BO, LY S269‑BO and LG S269‑BO are diffused low‑current LEDs supplied in an SOT‑23 package. They are designed for use as optical indicators with high luminous intensity at very low currents (typ. 2 mA) and are suitable for all SMT assembly and soldering processes. The devices are available on 8‑mm tape reels.

The datasheet provides maximum ratings, electrical and optical characteristics, spectral emission curves, and package dimensions. Key parameters include an operating temperature range of –55 °C to +100 °C, a typical forward current of 7.5 mA, surge current capability of 150 mA, and a reverse voltage of 5 V. Optical data list peak emission wavelengths of 635 nm (red), 586 nm (yellow) and 565 nm (green) with a 140° viewing angle. This manual is written in German.
