This document is the datasheet of LH1510AAB/AABTR/AT solid state relay from Vishay Semiconductors. The product has high reliability monolithic output die, low power consumption, clean, bounce-free switching, high surge capability and other features. The LH1510 is a SPST normally‑open solid‑state relay that replaces electromechanical relays in many applications. It uses a GaAlAs LED for actuation and an integrated monolithic die for switching, offering high isolation, low power consumption, and built‑in current‑limit protection.
