VESD05A4A-HS4 is a 4-line ESD protection diode array in LLP1010-5L package. It features low leakage current, low load capacitance, and strong ESD protection capability.
The VESD05A4A-HS4 provides four‑line (quad) ESD protection in a tiny LLP1010‑5L package with a height under 0.4 mm. It features low leakage current (<0.1 µA), low load capacitance (12 pF), and meets IEC 61000‑4‑2 and IEC 61000‑4‑5 standards for contact and air discharge protection.
Electrical characteristics include a reverse stand‑off voltage of 5 V, clamping voltage of 12 V at 2.5 A surge current, forward voltage of 2.5 V, and operation over a temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C. The device can protect up to four lines in BiAs mode or three lines in BiSy mode, with options for parallel diode usage to increase surge capability.
