Texas Instruments SN54HC32 / SN74HC32 Datasheet

SN54HC32 and SN74HC32 are quadruple independent 2-input positive-or gates. They have a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V, can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads, have low power consumption (maximum 20µA ICC), short propagation delay (typical value of 8ns), high output drive capability (±4mA at 5V), and low input current (maximum 1µA).
