This document describes the features and characteristics of Harris Semiconductor SCHS273E, including buffered inputs, propagation delay, operating temperature range, balanced propagation delay and transition times, and significant power reduction compared to LSTTL logic ICs.
The CD54HC11, CD74HC11, CD54HCT11 and CD74HCT11 families are high‑speed CMOS logic triple 3‑input AND gates. They feature buffered inputs, low propagation delay, wide operating temperature range, and low power consumption compared to LSTTL logic. The HCT versions are pin‑compatible with standard LS logic and accept direct LSTTL inputs.
The datasheet provides detailed electrical characteristics such as supply voltage ranges, input/output voltage levels, propagation delays, switching times, and absolute maximum ratings. Packaging information for CERDIP, PDIP and SOIC options, as well as tape‑and‑reel dimensions and eco‑plan status, are also included.
| Supply Voltage Range (HC Types) | 2 V to 6 V |
|---|---|
| Operating Temperature Range | -55 °C to 125 °C |
| Propagation Delay (HC, VCC=2 V, CL=50 pF) | 100 ns – 150 ns |
| Input Leakage Current | ±0.1 µA |
| Quiescent Device Current (HC Types) | 0 µA – 20 µA |
Typical propagation delay ranges from about 100 ns to 150 ns at VCC = 2 V with a 50 pF load capacitance.
They are rated for operation from –55 °C up to 125 °C.
