About this manual

The Siemens SRD 00314X and SRD 00315X are ternary InGaAs/InP PIN photodiodes with a blocking filter for a 3" optical window. They are designed for telecommunications applications, supporting bit rates up to 1.2 Gbit/s and featuring low junction capacitance, fast switching, low dark current and low noise.

The datasheet provides maximum ratings, optical characteristics, capacitance curves, and package dimensions, along with ordering codes for different connector types (pigtail, DIN, FC/PC). These details help users select the appropriate variant for their optical fiber system.
