MAX2510 is a highly integrated IF transceiver for digital wireless applications from MAXIM company
The MAX2510 is a highly integrated low‑voltage IF transceiver designed for digital wireless applications. It operates from a single 2.7 V – 5.5 V supply and offers four power‑management modes, including a 0.2 µA shutdown current. The receiver down‑converts IF/RF signals up to 600 MHz to a low IF (≤30 MHz) and provides a 90 dB RSSI‑enabled limiter that can drive CMOS inputs directly.
The transmitter up‑converts I/Q baseband signals to an IF between 100 MHz and 600 MHz using a quadrature modulator, with adjustable output power from –40 dBm to 0 dBm (up to +1 dBm in some conditions) and a 40 dB gain‑control range. Detailed pin descriptions, absolute maximum ratings, and typical operating characteristics are provided for design integration.
| Supply Voltage Range | +2.7 V to +5.5 V |
|---|---|
| Shutdown Supply Current | 0.2 µA |
| Operating Temperature Range | -40 °C to +85 °C |
| Transmit Output Power Range | -40 dBm to 0 dBm (up to +1 dBm) |
