The OX 6000 series from Metrix combines an oscilloscope, recorder‑multimeter and FFT analyzer in a compact, lightweight instrument. It offers fast sampling, high‑resolution 10‑bit conversion and a touch‑screen interface with Windows‑like menus, making it easy to set parameters and view results.
Key features include a 1 Gs/s single‑shot and 50 Gs/s repetitive sampling speed, up to 200 MHz bandwidth (OX 6202), 28 direct‑access keys, a 5‑inch colour or B&W LCD, and multiple communication ports (RS232, USB, Ethernet with web server). The instrument also provides 19 automatic measurements, FFT analysis, and optional accessories such as probes and network printers.
