IS61C1024 is a 128K x 8 high-speed CMOS static RAM with high performance and low power consumption.
The IS61C1024 and IS61C1024L are very high‑speed, low‑power static RAM devices offering 131,072 words by 8‑bit organization. They are fabricated with ISSI's high‑performance CMOS technology, providing fast access times and low power consumption. The devices feature dual chip‑enable inputs for easy memory expansion and fully static operation without the need for clock or refresh.
These RAMs are offered in several 32‑pin packages (300‑mil SOJ, TSOP Type I 8×20, and sTSOP Type I 8×13.4) and support both commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (‑40 °C to +85 °C) temperature ranges.
