About this manual

The 90 Series panel controls from Bourns provide 5/8" square single‑turn potentiometers (models 91‑96) and versions with a rotary switch (models 97 and 99). They are available with metal or plastic shafts, a variety of linear and audio tapers, and resistance values from 100 Ω up to 1 MΩ. The sealed Model 96 version meets IP65 requirements and is RoHS‑compliant.

Technical data include dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,500 VAC minimum, insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ minimum, and power ratings of up to 0.5 W per section for linear tapers. Mechanical specifications list torque values, shaft dimensions, and bushing options for both plastic and metal constructions. Switch options cover DPST and DPDT contacts with ratings up to 2 A at 125 V RMS.
