The COMCHIP DF005M‑DF10M series are single‑phase bridge rectifiers offered in a molded plastic package. The devices feature a glass‑passivated chip junction, a high surge overload rating of 50 A peak, and a flammability classification of UL 94‑V‑0.
The datasheet provides maximum repetitive reverse voltage ratings from 50 V (DF005M) up to 1000 V (DF10M), a continuous forward current of 1.0 A, and typical electrical parameters such as forward voltage drop, junction capacitance, and thermal resistance.
