LS A67K, LO A67K, LY A67K Hyper SIDELED® Hyper-Bright Low Current LED is a super-bright low current LED with a parallel emission direction to the PCB, ideal for coupling into optical fibers, and is used in indicators, optical fiber coupling, backlighting and more.
The OSRAM Hyper SIDELED series provides low‑current, lead‑free LEDs with radiation directed parallel to the PCB, making them ideal for coupling into light guides. Available in three wavelength variants—super‑red (630 nm), orange (606 nm) and yellow (587 nm)—the devices feature a Lambertian viewing angle of 120° and optical efficiencies of 5–9 lm/W.
The datasheet lists maximum ratings such as an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +100 °C, a forward current of 20 mA, surge current of 100 mA, reverse voltage of 12 V and power consumption of 45 mW. Ordering information, brightness groups, wavelength groups and thermal characteristics are also provided.
