About this manual

The Power TOPLED® enhanced thin‑film LED family from OSRAM is offered in five colour variants (super‑red, red, amber, orange and yellow) with peak wavelengths from 590 nm to 633 nm. The devices use an InGaAIP technology and are supplied in a white P‑LCC‑4 package with a colourless clear resin.

Typical performance includes high optical efficiency (up to 69 Im/W), a Lambertian viewing angle of 120°, forward voltage between 1.90 V and 2.65 V (typical) and a maximum forward current of 70 mA. The LEDs are RoHS‑compliant, lead‑free and rated for operation from –40 °C to +100 °C.
