LS E63F, LA E63F, LY E63F are high power LED products produced by Osram. They are packaged in P-LCC-4 and have high brightness and high reliability. They can be widely used in automotive instrument lighting, LCD backlight, signal lights and other fields.
The LS E63F, LA E63F and LY E63F are high‑brightness InGaAlP LEDs offered in three wavelength options – super‑red (633 nm), amber (617 nm) and yellow (590 nm). They feature a focused radiation pattern, a 30° viewing angle and high optical efficiency (40 Im/W for super‑red, 72 Im/W for amber, 46 Im/W for yellow). Typical applications include automotive interior and exterior lighting, backlighting for LCDs, switches, displays, and replacement of miniature incandescent lamps.
The handbook provides ordering information (12 mm tape, 2000 reel, 2330 mm length), maximum ratings (forward current 70 mA, reverse voltage 12 V, power consumption 190 mW), and detailed characteristic tables such as wavelength groups, forward‑voltage groups and brightness groups.
