LS E67B, LA E67B, LO E67B, LY E67B are a series of high-power LED lamps produced by OSRAM Germany. Their features include higher light output and working temperature. They are suitable for various SMT packaging technologies and can be used for automobile signal lights, indoor and outdoor lighting and sign lighting.
The Power TOPLED® E67B series from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors provides high‑efficiency LEDs in four colour variants (super‑red, amber, orange, yellow). The devices are supplied in a white P‑LCC‑4 package with a clear resin encapsulation and are compatible with all standard SMT assembly processes.
Key features include a high optical efficiency (up to 24 Im/W), a wide operating temperature range (‑40 °C to +100 °C), and robust ESD protection up to 2 kV.
