About this manual

The BZG03 series from Philips Semiconductors are surface‑mount voltage regulator diodes in a glass‑passivated DO‑214AC (SOD106) package. The devices feature a well‑defined, void‑free case made of transfer‑moulded thermo‑setting plastic and are supplied in 12 mm embossed tape.

The datasheet provides detailed electrical specifications such as forward voltage, Zener voltage range, and power dissipation limits, as well as thermal characteristics like junction‑to‑ambient resistance. Package dimensions, graphical performance curves, and handling notes are also included for designers.
