This document introduces an 8-bit microcontroller named ST7LITE2, which features a single voltage flash memory, data EEPROM, ADC, timers, and SPI interface. It has an 8KB flash program memory with read-out protection and supports in-circuit programming and in-application programming. It also has a 384-byte RAM memory. The microcontroller has an enhanced reset system and low voltage supervisor for safe power-down procedures. Clock sources can be selected as an internal RC oscillator, crystal/ceramic resonator, or external clock. Additionally, it offers various power saving modes, multifunctional bidirectional I/O lines, multiple timers, and a communication interface. The microcontroller is also equipped with an ADC converter with 7 input channels and 13-bit or 10-bit resolution.
