This document describes the features and characteristics of the LF00 series very low drop regulators, including very low dropout voltage, very low quiescent current, output current up to 500mA, logic-controlled electronic shutdown, various output voltage options, internal current and thermal limit, stability with only 2.2µF capacitor, ±1% or ±2% selection accuracy, and 80db supply voltage rejection.
