This document describes the features and characteristics of the LF00 series very low drop regulators, including very low dropout voltage, very low quiescent current, output current up to 500mA, logic-controlled electronic shutdown, various output voltage options, internal current and thermal limit, stability with only 2.2µF capacitor, ±1% or ±2% selection accuracy, and 80db supply voltage rejection.
The LFOO series are very low‑dropout (0.45 V) voltage regulators with ultra‑low quiescent current (50 µA OFF, 500 µA ON) and output currents up to 500 mA. They are offered in PENTAWATT, TO‑220, TO‑220FP, DPAK and PPAK packages and include a shutdown logic control pin for power‑saving applications.
The manual contains absolute maximum ratings, thermal data, connection diagrams, ordering codes, test circuits, detailed electrical characteristics for each voltage option, mechanical dimensions for tape‑and‑reel packaging, and safety/legal notices.
