This datasheet provides detailed information about the CYRF6936 2.4 GHz Radio SoC, including its operating frequency, operating current, transmit power, receive sensitivity, operating range, data rate, external component count, and more
The CYRF6936 WirelessUSB™ LP radio is a second‑generation 2.4 GHz ISM‑band transceiver designed for wireless keyboards, mice, gamepads, remote controls and other battery‑powered devices. It offers features such as low operating current (21 mA Tx @ –5 dBm), sleep current <1 µA, auto‑transaction sequencing, and dynamic data‑rate selection (up to 1 Mbps GFSK).\n\nThe device is supplied in a 40‑lead 6 × 6 mm QFN package and provides a 4 MHz SPI interface, separate 16‑byte TX/RX FIFOs, and a power‑management unit that supports 1.8‑3.6 V operation. Pin descriptions, register maps, and example circuits are included for easy integration into MCU‑based designs.
