This document is a reference manual for the CY7C63411/12/13, CY7C63511/12/13, and CY7C63612/13 series low-speed USB peripheral controllers. It introduces the features and characteristics of these devices, functional overview, pin assignments, programming model, instruction set, memory organization, clocking, reset, general purpose I/O ports, DAC port, USB serial interface engine (SIE), USB device, 12-bit free-running timer, and processor status and control registers.
The CY7C63411/12/13, CY7C63511/12/13 and CY7C63612/13 are low‑speed USB peripheral controllers that integrate a USB transceiver, an 8‑bit RISC core, GPIO, a DAC port and a 12‑bit free‑running timer. They are intended for low‑cost USB devices such as mice, keyboards, gamepads and other HID applications.
This programming manual provides a functional overview, pin‑assignment tables, the programming model (including the 14‑bit program counter, registers and address modes), instruction‑set summary, memory organization, clocking and reset details, GPIO and DAC port descriptions, USB Serial Interface Engine operation, timer operation, interrupt handling, absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, ordering information and package diagrams.
