PHP/PHB/PHD82NQ03LT TrenchMOS™ logic level FET is a logic level compatible, low gate charge, voltage range of 30V, current range of 75A power MOSFET.
The PHP/PHB/PHD82NQ03LT series are N‑channel logic‑level field‑effect transistors offered in three plastic packages: SOT78 (TO‑220AB), SOT404 (D2‑PAK) and SOT428 (D‑PAK). They are intended for use in DC‑DC converters and switched‑mode power supplies.
