About this manual

The DTP40 controller provides dual 4‑digit displays (red and green) and supports a wide range of input types, including thermocouples, RTDs, DC current and DC voltage. It offers selectable control actions such as PID with auto‑tuning, PI, PD, P and ON/OFF, plus extensive alarm functions and sensor correction.

The unit is designed for DIN‑rail mounting, operates from 85‑264 VAC (or 20‑28 VDC/AC), and includes optional features like heater burnout alarm and RS‑485 serial communication using IMO or Modbus protocols. Up to 31 units can be linked on a single communication port.
