The TH71221 transceiver IC integrates a PLL‑based frequency synthesizer, low‑noise amplifier, mixer, IF amplifier and power amplifier. It supports both stand‑alone fixed‑frequency mode and a 3‑wire‑bus programmable user mode, with selectable ASK, FSK and FM modulation schemes.
Typical applications include automotive TPMS, remote keyless entry, low‑power telemetry, alarm and security systems, and other short‑range wireless solutions. The device is offered in a 32‑pin QFN package (5 mm × 5 mm) and operates from 2.2 V to 5.5 V.
