TH7122 is a 27 to 930MHz FSK/FM/ASK transceiver with a single chip solution and low power consumption. It is suitable for various applications such as digital data and analog signal communication.

TH72016 is a 433MHz FSK/ASK transmitter with a fully integrated PLL-stabilized VCO, a frequency range from 380 MHz to 450 MHz, a single-ended RF output, FSK modulation from DC to 40 kbit/s through crystal pulling, high FSK deviation for wideband data transmission, ASK modulation achieved by on/off keying of internal power amplifier up to 40 kbit/s, a wide power supply range from 1.95 V to 5.5 V, very low standby current, a microcontroller clock output, an on-chip low voltage detector, high overall frequency accuracy, independently adjustable FSK deviation and center frequency, adjustable output power range from -12 dBm to +10 dBm, adjustable current consumption from 3.8 mA to 11.0 mA, conforms to EN 300 220 and similar standards, and comes in a 10-pin Quad Flat No-Lead Package (QFN).

The TH72035 868/915MHz FSK/ASK transmitter is a fully integrated PLL-stabilized VCO, single-ended RF output, FSK through crystal pulling allows modulation from DC to 40 kbit/s, high FSK deviation possible for wideband data transmission, ASK achieved by on/off keying of internal power amplifier up to 40 kbit/s, wide power supply range from 1.95 V to 5.5 V, very low standby current, on-chip low voltage detector, high over-all frequency accuracy, FSK deviation and center frequency independently adjustable, adjustable output power range from -11 dBm to +9.5 dBm, adjustable current consumption from 5.1 mA to 13.4 mA, conforms to EN 300 220 and similar standards, packaged in 10-pin Quad Flat No-Lead Package (QFN).

The MLX80001 is a 4 channel physical layer device for applications of low speed vehicle serial data network communication using the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) protocol. The device is designed in accordance to the physical layer definition of the LIN Protocol Specification Package 2.x and the SAE J2602 standard. The IC furthermore can be used in other applications based on the LIN 2.x specification.

The MLX90109 125kHz RFID Integrated Transceiver is highly integrated for 125kHz ASK transponders. It has a parallel antenna, which improves the reader's power efficiency compared to serial antenna implementations. The PCB size is minimized with SO8 reader IC and minimum external components. The MLX90109 also has an integrated hardwired decoder for Biphase and Manchester ASK, 2kbit and 4kbit transponders. It allows for direct amplitude modulation on the reader antenna for downlink to transponder. The device has power down mode with brown out protection and optimized system cost. It is also easy to design and implement.

The MLX90210 is a pressure sensor IC from Melexis. It is suitable for pressure ranges between 0 to 1.0 Bar.

The MLX90217 self adjusting digital output rotary position gear tooth sensor is designed for use in automotive camshaft sensing as well as other speed sensing applications. It is designed to be used with a bias magnet south facing the back (non marked) side of the IC. The device has an open collector output which is short circuit protected. The MLX90217 is a sophisticated IC featuring an on chip 10 bit A/D Converter and logic that acts as a digital sample and hold circuit. A separate 4 bit A/D converter provides a fixed hysteresis. The 90217 does not have a chopper delay. The 90217 uses a single Hall plate which is immune to rotary alignment problems. The bias magnet can be from 50 to 400mT. As the signal is sampled, the logic recognizes an increasing or decreasing flux density. The output will turn on (BOP) after the flux has reached its peak and decreased by an amount equal to the hysteresis. Similarly the output will turn off (BOP) after the flux has reached its minimum value and increased by an amount equal to the hysteresis.

The MLX90224 series is a dual Hall effect latch with dual outputs, operating voltage range of 4.5V to 28V, and features such as phase/direction detection.

MLX90240 is a discrete micromachined pressure sensor IC suitable for pressure ranges between 0 to 350mBar. It has a compact design, high long term stability and low cost, and is suitable for medical instrumentation, consumer appliances, sports equipment and other fields.
