About this manual

The Infineon IKCS12F60AA is a Control Integrated Power System (CIPOS) single‑in‑line intelligent power module offering a fully isolated 30‑bridge solution (600 V/12 A) for AC motor drives and other power applications. It integrates TrenchStop® IGBTs, EmCon™ diodes, bootstrap circuitry and a SOI gate driver with temperature monitoring and over‑temperature shutdown.

The datasheet provides detailed electrical schematics, pin descriptions, absolute maximum ratings, static and dynamic parameters, as well as mechanical package dimensions. It also outlines recommended operating conditions, protection features such as over‑current detection, undervoltage lockout, and short‑circuit handling.
