The BTS 723 GW is a high-side power switch from Infineon Technologies with two channels and 100mΩ status feedback. It is suitable for 42V voltage ranges.
The BTS 723 GW is a dual‑channel N‑channel vertical power MOSFET with an integrated charge pump, CMOS‑compatible input and extensive protection functions such as short‑circuit, overload, current‑limit, thermal shutdown, over‑voltage, reverse‑battery and ESD protection. It is designed for uC‑compatible high‑side switching of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads up to 42 V.
The device is offered in a P‑DSO‑14‑9 package, supports parallel operation of the two channels, and provides diagnostic feedback via open‑drain status pins. Key electrical parameters include an operating voltage range of 7.0 V to 58 V, on‑state resistance as low as 105 mΩ (single channel) or 53 mΩ (parallel), and a nominal load current of 2.5 A (single) or 4.0 A (parallel).
