About this manual

The TLP113 is a miniature surface‑mount photocoupler that combines a GaAs LED with a high‑gain, high‑speed photodetector. Its output is an open‑collector, Schottky‑clamped transistor suitable for TTL/LSTTL interfaces and computer‑peripheral connections.

Key specifications include a 2500 Vrms isolation voltage, typical forward voltage of 1.65 V, propagation delay around 60 ns, and operation over a temperature range of –40 °C to 85 °C. Recommended supply voltage is 4.5 V to 5.5 V, with recommended input and output current levels for reliable performance.
