TOSHIBA Photocoupler GaA As IRed Photo IC TLP115 Manual(1)

TLP115 is a small outline coupler suitable for surface mount assembly. It consists of a GaAℓAs light emitting diode optically coupled to an integrated high gain, high speed shielded photo detector. The output is an open collector schottky clamped transistor. The product features high speed, long distance isolated line receiver, digital isolation, A/D and D/A conversion, computer−peripheral interfaces, and ground loop elimination.
