About this manual

The ADG741 and ADG742 are monolithic CMOS SPST switches designed for low power dissipation, high switching speed, low on‑resistance and low leakage. They operate from a single 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply, making them suitable for battery‑powered, communication, audio, video and sample‑and‑hold applications.

The devices are offered in 5‑lead and 6‑lead SC70 packages and feature typical on‑resistance of 2 Ω (5 V) or 3.5 Ω (3 V), leakage currents in the sub‑nanampere range, switching times of about 12 ns (on) and 8 ns (off), and a –3 dB bandwidth greater than 200 MHz.
