ADP1870/ADP1871 are high-voltage low-dropout switch oscillators that output 2.95V to 20V with an output voltage accuracy of 0.6V ±1.0%. They operate at frequencies from 300kHz to 1.0MHz and are ideal for power management systems (PFM) and battery management systems (BMS).
This document describes the ADP1870 and ADP1871 adjustable power‑management ICs. It includes functional block diagrams, pin‑out tables, and recommended operating conditions. The chips support input voltages from 2.95 V to 20 V and provide adjustable output voltages with high efficiency across a range of switching frequencies.
Detailed electrical characteristics, efficiency curves, thermal data, and package dimensions for MSOP and LFCSP variants are presented. Guidance on layout, such as connecting the exposed pad to ground, and compliance information (JEDEC standards) are also included. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Input voltage range | 2.95 V to 20 V |
|---|---|
| Supported switching frequencies | 300 kHz, 600 kHz, 1.0 MHz |
| Operating temperature range | -40 °C to +125 °C |
| Thermal resistance (MSOP) | 213.1 °C/W |
