The ADP2503/ADP2504 are Analog Devices' 600mA/1000mA, 2.5 MHz buck-boost DC-to-DC converters. The series features a 1mm height package, a compact PCB footprint, and can operate over a 2.3 V to 5.5 V input voltage range, with a typical quiescent current consumption of 38μA. The ADP2503/ADP2504 also have a variety of features including seamless mode switching, 2.5 MHz operation, 1μH inductor, fixed output voltage, 600mA (ADP2503) and 1000mA (ADP2504) output current options, load disconnect boost converter configuration, SYNC pin with three different modes including power save mode (PSM) to improve light efficiency.
