About this manual

The ADP1823 is a versatile dual, interleaved, synchronous PWM buck controller that provides two independent output rails from an input of 3.7 V to 20 V (wide power‑stage range 1 V‑24 V). Each channel can be set to output 0.6 V‑85 % of the input voltage and operates 180° out of phase, reducing input‑capacitor stress and allowing smaller, low‑cost components.

Typical applications include telecommunications, networking, medical imaging, base‑station power, set‑top boxes, printers and DDR termination. The device offers soft‑start, thermal overload, current‑limit, reverse‑current protection, independent Power‑OK outputs and voltage‑tracking for sequencing or DDR termination. It is supplied in a 5 mm × 5 mm 32‑lead LFCSP package.
