ANALOG DEVICES AD7400A Manual

AD7400A Rev. A is an isolated Sigma-Delta modulator. Its features include a 10 MHz clock rate, second-order modulator, 16 bits with no missing codes, typical ±2 LSB INL, typical 1.5 μV/°C offset drift, on-board digital isolator, on-board reference, ±250 mV analog input range, low power operation, -40°C to +125°C operating range, etc.
