ANALOG DEVICES AD7938-6 handbook

AD7938-6 is an 8-channel, 625 kSPS, 12-bit parallel ADC with a sequencer from Analog Devices. It has an accurate on-chip 2.5 V reference, an input bandwidth of 50 kHz, and supports single-ended, differential, and pseudo-differential inputs. It also supports word/byte modes and has a power consumption of 3.6 mW/7.5 mW. It is packaged in a 32-lead LFCSP and TQFP.
