The NXP ARM7 series microcontrollers integrate an LCD controller, with powerful performance and a wide range of applications in consumer, entertainment, industrial/commercial, medical and automotive applications.
The LH754xx and LH7952x families are ARM7‑based microcontrollers that include an integrated LCD controller, optional touch‑screen controller, and a range of serial interfaces such as UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet and SPI. They are designed for applications that require an LCD display, including consumer, entertainment, industrial, medical and automotive devices.
Four devices belong to the LH754xx family (LH75400, LH75401, LH75410, LH75411) and three devices to the LH7952x family (LH79520, LH79524, LH79525). Options include 16‑ or 32‑bit external data buses, NAND‑Flash boot capability, SDRAM controller, up to 32 KB SRAM, and various GPIO counts, making it easy to select the right feature set for a given product.
