The XC6419 series is a dual CMOS LDO regulator with high accuracy, low output noise, high ripple rejection, and low dropout. Each output voltage can be independently set within a range of 0.8V to 5.0V. The series is suitable for applications such as mobile phones, cordless phones, portable games, digital cameras, portable audio equipment, and PDAs.
The XC6419 Series is a dual CMOS LDO regulator offering high accuracy, low output noise, and fast auto‑discharge. Each channel can be set independently from 0.8 V to 5.0 V in 0.05 V steps, with maximum output currents of 300 mA (channel 1) and 100 mA (channel 2). The device includes EN pins for independent shutdown, low‑power consumption, and built‑in protection features.
The datasheet provides detailed electrical characteristics, pin configurations, typical application circuits, and packaging information for both SOT‑26 and USP‑6C packages. It also includes test circuits, performance graphs, and guidelines for capacitor selection to ensure stable operation. This manual is written in Chinese.

|---|---|
| Maximum Output Current (Channel 1) | 300 mA |
| Output Voltage Range | 0.8 V – 5.0 V |
| Dropout Voltage (VOUT=2.8 V, IOUT=200 mA, ch1) | 115 mV |
| Low Power Consumption (ch1) | 28 µA |

The regulator operates with an input voltage from 1.5 V to 6.0 V.
Channel 1 can deliver up to 300 mA, while channel 2 can deliver up to 100 mA.
Each EN pin can independently turn off its corresponding output, and the internal auto‑discharge switch quickly brings the output voltage to the ground level.
The dropout voltage is 115 mV when VOUT is set to 2.8 V and the load current is 200 mA on channel 1.
