About this manual

The XC6210 series are precise, low‑noise, high‑current LDO regulators fabricated with Torex’s CMOS process. They provide selectable output voltages from 0.80 V to 5.00 V in 0.05 V steps and include built‑in voltage reference, error amplifier, current limiter and phase‑compensation circuitry.

Typical applications include CD‑ROM/DVD drives, HDDs, cameras, video recorders and other battery‑powered equipment. The device supports low‑ESR ceramic capacitors, offers a standby mode via the CE pin, and complies with RoHS standards.
