XC6217 series 200mA high precision low noise high speed low dropout regulators with green operation (GO) function.
The XC6217 Series are precise, low‑noise, high‑speed LDO regulators featuring a Green Operation (GO) function that automatically switches between high‑speed (HS) and power‑save (PS) modes to minimise power consumption. Output voltage can be trimmed in 0.05 V steps across a 0.80 V‑4.00 V range, and the devices support low‑ESR ceramic capacitors.
Typical applications include cellular phones, cordless phones, wireless communication equipment, portable games, cameras, VCRs, portable AV gear and PDAs. The series is offered in several surface‑mount packages (USP‑4D, SOT‑25, SSOT‑24, USPN‑4) and complies with RoHS and EU environmental standards.
