This document is about the ADR series operation manual, which introduces the topics of safety, system installation, teaching overview, program examples, parameter allocation, and point types.
This manual begins with comprehensive safety information, covering operator training, proper grounding, safe power‑up procedures, and the use of safety fences around the robot's work envelope. It also details installation requirements, including correct power specifications and secure mounting of the controller.
Subsequent chapters describe the teaching interface, point‑type functions, programming examples, parameter settings, and error handling. Appendices provide wiring diagrams, connector pinouts, and PLC integration details to help users configure and maintain the ADR robot system. This manual is written in Chinese.

Operators must set up a safety fence around the robot’s work area, ensure no personnel or obstacles are inside the safety zone before start‑up, and follow all safety training and procedures.
Close the robot controller’s power switch to start, verify the safety fence is clear, and after shutting off power wait at least five seconds before turning it on again.
Connect the user I/O board to the controller using the RCN3‑1 connector, which links to the user’s MO board at CN2.
