Hardware overvoltage happens when the current loop value (Pi) is too large, there’s a short circuit or ground connection on the output side, or the encoder wire is loose or disconnected. The manual's first action is: “1.Adjust the parameters of PI, and reduce Kp (C1.00, C1.02).”
